Teaching

My experience as a student was full of contrasts. From classes where I lost track within minutes, to classes where time flew by. From the latter, I learned and enjoyed how a teacher works. The former, once I lost the thread, I spent thinking about how I would teach the class to avoid losing students so soon, thus awakening my interest in teaching. After a brief university teaching experience, I (believe) I have learned that teaching is a bilateral relationship where neither party can replace the other. However, I am convinced that it is the teacher's responsibility to extract the maximum potential from the students they work with, as it is the teacher, and not the students, who has the capacity to adapt to the situation.
